How we look after your details.
This page explains what happens to the details you give us on this website, who can see them, and what you can ask us to do with them.
Last updated 2 October 2026.
Who we are
Anyone For Bridge is run by Ravi Athwal. He is the data controller, which means he is responsible for your details. If you have a question about this notice, or want to use any of the rights below, email raviathwalrock@gmail.com.
What we collect and why
The only details we collect are the ones you type into the register-your-interest form:
- your name and email address (required)
- your phone number (optional)
- which step you are interested in, and anything you choose to write in the message box (optional)
We use these for one purpose: to tell you about the course, including the dates, the price and how to book. We do not use them for anything else, we do not sell them, and we do not pass them to anyone for marketing. No decisions about you are made automatically.
We rely on your consent. You give it by ticking the box on the form, and you can withdraw it at any time by emailing us. You do not have to give us any details at all. If you choose not to, we simply cannot contact you about the course.
Where your details go
When you press Send, the form is delivered by Web3Forms, a form service run by Web3Creative, a company registered in India. Web3Forms does not keep a copy of what you send. It forwards it to us as an email and moves on. Its servers are in the United States, so your details pass through the US on the way to us. Web3Forms says that server logs which may contain personal information are deleted every two months. Its own statement on this is in the Web3Forms FAQ.
The email then lands in a Gmail inbox, which is a Google service. That inbox is where your details are kept.
The website itself is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare sees the technical information your browser sends when you load a page, such as your IP address. Cloudflare's privacy policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Cookies
This website does not set any cookies and does not use analytics or tracking. The fonts and pictures are served from the site itself, not from a third party.
How long we keep your details
We keep your details only for as long as we need them to tell you about the course. You can ask us to delete them at any time by emailing the address above, and we will.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- tell you what details we hold about you and send you a copy
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your details
- stop using your details, or limit what we do with them
- give you your details in a form you can pass to someone else
You can also withdraw your consent at any time. To do any of these, email raviathwalrock@gmail.com. We will reply within one month.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
